The promulgation of "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" marks that China's education informatization has entered a new historical development stage. context, mode, content English language teaching in Chinese middle schools are faced with radical changes, too. teachers themselves should reshape their educational ideas and professional roles, integrate information technology into teaching. They sever as constructors knowledge system, environment, integrators resources, guides students' personalized learning. external forces such schools, authorities the government cultivate teachers' literacy from different perspectives.
